Display a Custom Message on Windows 10
To display a custom message on the windows startup screen first open windows Registry editor. First press “Windows key + R” to open Run window, type “regedit” and hit Enter to open Windows registry editor. Here on the left pane navigate to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Policies/System. Find the value named legalnoticecaption and right-click on it, then select modify. A new Edit String box will appear. Under the value data field enter the message title that you want to display on Windows login or lock screen. Now find another value name legalnoticetext and right-click on it, then modify.
