Users on iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile will now see a convenient share button, which lets them search their contacts. After sending it, they’ll still retain full control, receiving emails when someone new attempts access. Authors will also have more control over the data they collect from those buttons. They can now let users choose from a set of options, such as Low, Medium, and High for importance.
New Microsoft Flow Connectors
As usual, Microsoft has also added to its growing list of connectors. In the past couple of weeks, the company has rolled out support for the following:

Azure Table Storage – Azure Table storage is a service that stores structured NoSQL data in the cloud, providing a key/attribute store with a schemaless design. Sign into your Storage account to create, update, and query tables and more. DocFusion365 – DocFusion® 365 is a dynamic, cloud-based document composition and automation engine designed to help you manage all of your document content and processes within the Office 365 environment. StaffHub – Microsoft StaffHub is a cloud-based platform that works across all your devices. It enables firstline workers and their managers to manage time, communicate with their teams, and share content.”
The Azure services build on those from a few weeks ago. On August 1st, Flow got support for Azure File Storage, Video Indexer, Elastic Forms, and Pilvo. On top of that, the team has made improvements to the Slack and MySQL connectors. You can now create and join Slack groups or trigger a flow when someone adds a file. The MySQL connector has full read and write support, so users can create, delete, or update rows in tables. Last but not least, ‘Flow Collections’ are now available. They collate templates for various tasks, including education, software development, HR, and marketing. Microsoft is currently asking for feedback on these features so they can continue Flow’s rapid improvement.
