This is an important update because it makes a bunch of changes to the Windows Subsystem for Android. Among them is advanced networking. Microsoft says app access on local networks for ARM machines will be available. Furthermore, the company is allowing VPN and IPv6 connectivity. Other changes include AV1 support and new settings.
